Our round neck tee is the piece we build most of our production around. Yarn is sourced as 100% combed cotton, knitted in-house as single jersey, then bio-washed so the surface stays smooth after repeated laundering. The neck rib is 1x1 with a shoulder-to-shoulder tape, which is what stops the collar from stretching out — the single most common complaint we hear about tees bought from cheaper suppliers. Side-seamed construction is standard; tubular is available where cost matters more than drape.

Polos are where finishing quality shows immediately. We knit cotton pique and PC pique in-house, and the collar and cuff are knitted to size rather than cut from panel fabric — that keeps the rib dense and stops the collar curling after a few washes. Two-button and three-button plackets, contrast tipping, side vents and woven inner-neck tape are all standard options. For corporate uniform programmes we hold colour and lot consistency across repeat orders so year-two stock matches year-one.

The streetwear block is a different pattern discipline from a standard tee: the body is boxier, the armhole drops onto the upper arm, and the fabric has to be heavy enough to hang rather than cling. We run 220–260 GSM loop-knit and heavy single jersey for this category. Because these garments are usually print-led, we pre-shrink and compact the fabric before cutting so a large chest print does not distort after the first wash.

Fleece programmes are seasonal, so lead time planning matters more here than anywhere else in our range. We knit French terry and brushed fleece, and finish with either a flat-lock or overlock construction depending on the price point. Hood linings, self-fabric or contrast drawcords, metal or plastic eyelets, kangaroo or split pockets and YKK-grade zips are specified per order. For buyers in the UK and northern US we typically recommend 300 GSM and above.

Performance fabric behaves nothing like cotton on the cutting table or under a print head, so we run it as a separate line. Micro-polyester and poly-spandex knits are finished with a moisture-management treatment, and decoration is sublimation or DTF rather than plastisol. Flatlock seams reduce chafe on longer-wear garments. Raglan sleeves, mesh side panels, reflective piping and laser-cut ventilation are available for team and club orders.

Children's garments carry obligations that adult tees do not. We build kids' styles without drawcords at the neck, keep trims to a minimum, use flat labels or heat-transfer neck prints instead of scratchy woven tags, and can supply the fabric and trim documentation your compliance team needs. Fabric is softer-handle combed cotton, usually 140–180 GSM, since hand-feel is what parents judge first.

A women's tee is not a small men's tee, and buyers can tell. We grade on a separate block with a shaped side seam, adjusted armhole and a narrower neck opening. Cotton-lycra gives recovery on fitted styles; relaxed and boxy styles run in the same heavy jersey as our streetwear line. Crop lengths, scoop and V necks, cap and roll sleeves and racerback tanks are all part of the standard range.

Most of our export volume ships as private label. That means woven or printed neck labels, care labels to your market's regulations, hang tags, polybags with the right suffocation warning, barcode stickers and carton marking all applied here, so the goods can go from container to shelf without repacking. Send us artwork and a tech pack, or send a sample garment and we will pattern from it. Sampling turnaround is typically 7–10 working days.

All decoration is done in-house and wash-tested before a bulk run goes ahead. Send artwork as vector where possible; we will tell you honestly if a technique will not hold up on the fabric you have chosen.
Plastisol and water-based, up to 8 colours. Best value on large runs of the same design.
Full-colour digital printing with no screen setup — the right choice for short runs and photographic artwork.
All-over and panel printing on polyester. Used for sports kit and performance ranges.
Computerised multi-head embroidery for logos, corporate identity and premium finishing.
Raised print effects for streetwear and fashion labels.
Woven, PVC and embroidered patches applied in-house.
From first enquiry to sealed carton, a typical private label programme moves through six steps. First orders usually take 30–45 days in production after sample approval, depending on quantity and decoration.
Send a tech pack, a reference garment, or just a photo and a quantity. We come back with a quote and an honest lead time — usually within one working day.
